Mercado Livre is a market for thieves?

Question

Yes. Mercado Livre is a market for thieves. It don't respects the author's rights and anyone can steal a commercial digital product from a website and start to sell on Mercado Livre. Mercado Livre will not verify any documents which allows to the seller to sell copyrighted products. Mercado Livre has restricted the market visibility in Google for one country and real authors will not find never their products.

With a simple search you can find 225 scripts from CodeCanyon

https://lista.mercadolivre.com.br/codecanyon#D[A:codecanyon]

151 themes from ThemeForest

https://lista.mercadolivre.com.br/themeforest#D[A:themeforest]

Mercado Livre never verifies if the sellers have or no permissions to sell.

Shame Mercado Livre.

This forum is used by independent developers of the ML API. You're complaining about the wrong thing in the wrong language in the wrong place.

You can make a claim about your rights by using the link below the ad

It's not right. You need to be registered to click there. They allow to signup only from Brazil. To report anything you should be in Brazil. With proxy you can't access the market.

If you contact them, they will request more documents. But will never contact the seller to ask anything.

If you are the owner of this material try using pppi in this form
https://www.mercadolivre.com.br/ajuda/hub?content_id=2843

Keep in mind that I am not an employee of the ML (and no one here, in fact). There's no way we can do anything else.

Thank you. I didn't know about. I'm working on a script every day for more than 2 years(7 days per week and 12 hours per day) and a Mercado Livrer's user sells my work and i can't do nothing.

I don't have any other choice like to publish my opinion everywhere possible. I just started today, i will continue for months to share my opinion if they will not stop to sell illegally my work.

We also understand your indignation. We are also developers here after all. And just as you do not feel happy to see people making easy money on the intellectual property of others. As I said before we have no connection with ML, we are only API users of them.

greetings
